All VEIA traction and leashes are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers velcro, seams and general construction of the goods. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacement or repair will be provided. Shipping to VEIA is the responsibility of the purchaser and items will be returned/replaced via the same shipping service.
